2. You are letting us check your credit.
You authorize the dealership hosting your sales event and the lenders and financial companies it works with to obtain consumer credit reports about you in connection with this application and any future update, renewal, or extension of the resulting credit. Upon request, you will be told whether a credit report was ordered, and if one was, the name and address of the credit reporting agency that provided it. You also authorize us to verify your credit, income, and employment history and to answer questions others may ask about our credit experience with you.
3. We are required to verify your identity.
Federal law requires financial companies to obtain sufficient information to verify your identity. You may be asked several questions and to provide one or more forms of identification, such as a drivers license, to fulfill this requirement. In some instances outside sources may be used to confirm the information.
4. How we can reach you.
You agree that we may contact you about this application and your sales event appointment by phone call, text message, or email at the numbers and addresses you provided, including calls and texts sent using automated technology or prerecorded messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time. Calls may be monitored or recorded to assure quality of service.
5. Married applicants.
If you are married, you may apply for a separate account. We consider applications without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, or age.
